- Are you open today? Our pickup schedule is located right at the top of our homepage. You can pick up during any of those open hours once you have received an email stating your order is ready for pickup.
- How do I contact you? Just fill out the form below or click on the chat bubble located on every page of our website.
- Is my order ready for pickup? You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come before then.
- How long will it take until my order is ready? Most orders are ready in 1-2 days. Our warehouse staff does not work Friday-Sunday so orders placed from Thursday afternoon through Sunday take a little longer.
- Has X sold out? I don't see it. You can see Recently Sold Out items here.
